"Within Pennisula Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, easy to get to and close to mtr. This Japanese restaurant is amazing. We went here for lunch. From start to finish, i cannot fault their service. The restaurant is not noisy and would be great for catch up with friends. The decor is a bit traditional. The food and presentation taste amazing. It is great that we have a waiter which seems to know a lot and explaining to us e.g. in sashimi why they have different leaves, and after lunch why we drink a different type of tea."

"We had a wonderful experience at Imasa! The food was incredibly fresh — my husband absolutely loved the sushi. I don’t eat raw fish, so I asked if they could replace the salmon in the maki with avocado to go with the prawn, and they happily did it. It tasted perfect! A special thanks to Kenneth for making our visit so enjoyable. His customer service was outstanding — professional, attentive, and thoughtful. Without us even asking, he noticed we were seated near a noisy table and offered to move us somewhere quieter. Small touches like that make a big difference. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the experience!"

"It happened to be the 25th anniversary of the restaurant. They released a special menu for this special occasion. Dishes were superb. The chef and the catering team had done the good produces justice, and the connoisseur had made the right choice for the wine and sake pairing. A wonderful supper for a difficult 2020. Let's hope for the best"

"One of the best Japanese cuisines in the city and considering it is in The Peninsula, quite reasonably priced so it might just be the best after all."

"Seasonal menu where everything was great. The lobster sashimi was sweet and fresh. Hida beef very tender and beefy. Service was impeccable yet friendly. Servers still wear kimonos, which is quite rare. Overall very satisfied, can't wait for their Winter seasonal menu!"

"Imasa is the Japanese restaurant of the famous 5-star Peninsula Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The restaurant is spacious and well-ventilated. Servers are helpful and accommodating. The Sukiyaki with US Beef is flavorful and light. Highly recommend the fresh and delicious sushi and sashimi."

"Here for the restaurant’s 25th Anniversary Dinner. Overall, food was very good. Service was excellent. Sake pairing was exceptional. It’s a good value for a nice set dinner in one of the most iconic hotels in HK. If I should make any suggestions for improvement, the tempura was a bit too oily and the teppanyaki prawn was way, way over cooked. Otherwise it was perfect."
